POP - SINUS PRECAUTIONS
DEFAULT INSTRUCTIONS
No sneezing. If you have to sneeze, do so with your mouth open.
Do not blow your nose, gentle wiping with a tissue only.
You may take over the counter decongestants as directed.
Avoid sucking through a straw.
Avoid smoking.
Avoid flying until further notice or your follow up appointment.
Avoid bending over until next scheduled appointment
Follow up 2 weeks.
OPTIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
Follow up as needed.
Follow up 1 week.
Follow up 1 month.
